Weekly Weigh In week of 3/31/08

Thanks so much Britt!!!! I did another good day... Although I had some help.... I lost my front tooth and couldn't eat anything but my protein drinks... LOL... It was actually a crown, but I was still missing my front tooth and couldn't get into the dentist until 3 pm today.... (I lost the tooth/crown last night).... I am not to bite into anything until tomorrow.... So I had that to help me along today... Although I was able to break food off and cut food up into tiny bites and put them into my mouth to chew... I had 2 protein drinks today, a handful of almonds, a bowl of french onion soup, and a turkey burger patty.... oh and a salad with just a touch of fat free dressing.... Lots of water too..... I would say that is pretty good considering the way I was eating just a couple days ago for the past few weeks.... YEAH ME!!!!!! LOL.... I have two days behind me now.... Onto the next day... and I WILL make it through again.. then it will be a week, then a month and so on... I am going to keep this up... I have not come this far to let my old habits creep back into my life.... Thanks again for being here for me and for everyone... I just love this thread every week, it helps me stay accountable for what I put in my mouth every minute of every day... Now I just have to start moving again and getting on my treadmill.... One day at a time... I will be doing laundry all day tomorrow... uuugghhhh.... At least I will be getting some exercise up and down the stairs all day.... Man I hate laundry day... LOL.... Ugh Laundry - i'll be think of you as I play catch up with mine :/ terrific job again - missing tooth - hey whatever works too funny anyway hope your tooth is better and here is to another good eating day Shawn - keep it going I bet you are feel less bloated already! ahhhhhhh Love that! Britt
