New Pictures

HI everyone. Love the new avatars ladies. You definately don't look like my grandma's. I put some new pictures on my page - I'm going to change my avatar but I'm too tired to figure out how.

OMG! You look great. Can you believe that piece of skin, flesh was attached to your body? NO one would ever guess it to look at you today. You look amazing and I am so jealous. Hugs, Valorie

Awesome new Avatar. It is hard to believe that was on my body. Someone asked me if I was happy with the results and I'm like. Yea, with my clothes on unless you knew me before you wouldn't know that I have ever been obese. I never thought that I'd be able to say that. Thank you for the compliments!

Those pictures are amazing... OMG!!!! Hard to believe that there was that much to take off, you certainly didn't look like it in your pictures.... You look fabulous!!!! Can't wait to see more pictures of you... maybe in a bikini now.... HUGS, Shawn M.

Shawn I don't think a bikini is in my future - I'm pretty modest. But... I did find a tankini. Black. I'm going to buy some long board shorts to wear over it. My legs are UGLY. When I get the entire ensemble together I'll get a picture. A swimsuit was very challenging. I'm a 38 DD and I just fall all out of a regular suit. I finally found one made for DD but I wi**** had more support for the girls. I said something to my surgeon about the pictures being gross. He was like - Oh no! They are amazing. Sorry for those of us not in the medical profession it looks pretty nasty to me! Thanks Shawn - You Rock! Trudy

Trudy, How did it feel to first see those pictures? I've seen so many online and "enjoy" seeing them but I wonder how I would feel if it were my own skin???!!! WOW! You look GREAT! CeCe

I'm sort of repulsed by it. I mean YUck! It is so big and attached to my body! I'm glad I did it and happy with the results though.

Trudy, I'm sure you are thrilled with the results! You should be! Isn't it a true miracle that surgery like that can be done to improve our lives so much? I don't think anyone without that overhanging pannus could ever imagine what it is really like. We could have lost more and more weight but that would never have gone away. I think my LBL was as much of a blessing (or more) than the WLS! Have a good work week, Trudy. What's the latest on the dogs? Are you still fostering the one dog? CeCe
