And today was one of my worst days too... I had Subway for lunch... then I had half a candy bar... then some wine. then some sweet tarts..... OMG!!!!!!! How bad is that... Oh and I forgot about the pringles in there.... You are so right about old habits being easily resurrected..... With money being tight it is even easier to fall into old habits because it is cheaper... KWIM???? Well, anyway.. I have been volunteered to host Easter dinner at my tiny little house... so I have to get through a good cleaning and then cooking and preparing and THEN I will get my butt back on track... I promise.... For now I just have to get the darn bills paid.... and take care of the kiddos..... Thanks so much for your support... I will post more about all that is going on next week sometime.... Ok girlfriend, Subway, candy bar, sweet tarts and wine are cheaper than eating healthy? Naaaa. Not buying it! I'm hosting Easter too. I'm going to try to cook everything healthy, but having all those Easter baskets full of candy (for the grandsons) will really be hard. Even the sugar-free candy is loaded with calories. I just want to tell you again how great you look. You look like you are twenty-five! Absolutely beautiful! Wanda

Actually the only thing I paid for was the wine and it was the cheapest I could find... LOL... All the other stuff I had coupons for or it was bought for me.... A lot of the "junk" I eat is food and stuff that is given to us.... Today I was given a ton of breads, cookies and doughnuts... uggghhhhhhhh......... I was really good today though, I upped my water, I ate oatmeal for breakfast... shrimp for lunch and I will probably have some cod for dinner (baked of course).... I even got a protein drink in there.... I Have been running all day too, and going up and down the stairs doing laundry up the wazooo.... So if this scale doesn't go down after a few days of this I don't know what I will do... LOL.... I just need to keep it up and not give into all the temptations..... I got myself some fish, some chicken, some salad and some fresh veggies.... I am determined to change back to the better habits that I had right after surgery.... I WILL Succeed.... Thanks for the sweet comments... you don't look much over twenty-five either.... You just glow my dear..... HUGS, Shawn M.

Oh, Britt! I can't believe you are going through that again! Yuck. I never made it back to the gym, so I haven't yet regained my muscle weight yet. Starting weight 234 (267 highest weight) Last week = 133 This week = 134 Loss this week = +1 Total loss = 100 Current BMI = 23 Hope your week gets better! Wanda

He's traveled for the last 30 years, but since we've been married he can't stand to go. As soon as our house is paid off he may quit! Are you ready for your big day Wednesday? I'll be thinking of you and praying for you. My next step will be my face. Maybe at the end of the year. I still have to fix my lop-sided boobs too. This self-improvement journey can make you weary! Britt, Sorry the girls are sick again! Hope it's over soon! Also, you maintained and didn't gain so that's success! My Stats: Starting weight: 245.25 This Week: 130.75 Total Loss: 114.50 BMI; 22.4 I'm still having trouble with grazing and I'm pushing the envelope in the sugar area more and more. Someone kick me in the butt before I start gaining! CeCe

Hi Everyone, I was doing great until I went to the flea market Saturday and discovered a vendor there that sells sugar-free candy. I know in my head that sugar free doesn't mean calorie free and I only got a quarter pound, but then I ate it all in one sitting. Gotta stay away from that place. I was down 3 lbs before that. Starting weight 349 Last week = 184 This week =182.8 Loss this week =1.2 Total loss = 166.2 Phyllis

Hi everyone Britt sorry to hear your babies are sick again. It's been such a long winter. We got snow again with more forcasted for tomorrow. Valorie your new avatar rocks. Wanda can you pass up a new sweater for that price. Wishing CeCe all the best luck on her surgery. I had a pretty good week. I am bummed my pool is closed for the week, we have spring break this week. My son is not very happy about his baseball camp from 8-12 everyday. Especially since his friend he was going with broke his wrist so he's all alone. Starting weight 298.5 Last week = 162.4 This week = 160.6 Loss this week = 1.8 Total loss = 137.9 Current BMI = 29.4 It's nice to see the scale going in the right direction. Fibro is flaring up this week I did get in an hour of pilates yesterday and will get in some weight training today. Have a fabulous week Deb

Thanks Deb! Great week girl. Posting a loss is a big deal. You are doing something right. Keep it up! I hate it when my gym pool is closed. For some reason they have had it closed all week at both of the gyms I go to. I love the water aerobics. Really gets you burning those calories without too much stress on the joints. My poor knees and hips are all but shot. Some days it is all I can do to finish my workout. But, I just have to power through the pain. I hope you have a successful week. Hugs, Valorie
