I'm glad I was able to recognize that destructive behavior and it didn't take me years to see the problem!!
Actually, after talking with my personal trainer, I have decided that is what I would like to do (outside of my present job, that is). BUT - I need to get into better shape if I want to show someone else how it is done! And my trainer agrees! So she is helping me by kicking my butt into shape!!
Your posts have helped me more than you will ever know! In fact, sometimes I wondered if YOU weren't inside my head!! They sounded like they could come right out of my mouth!! But I'm glad you had the courage to post, it helped me to reach out also. Keep up the good work, you have strength and courage which I admire greatly. Just wanted you to know that!

I had a pretty good week with food until yesterday. I made some bad food choices yesterday but I am back on track now. We went to the hockey game and I was hungry but there is nothing there that is good for you! So I ate some stuff that wasn't great but I tried to no pig out on it.
Mark and I are doing great. He cooked dinner for me Friday night and we went out to a sushi restaurant Saturday night. We are so comfortable with each other and are excited about spending our lives together. We each created Bucket Lists and compared them on Friday night. It was interesting to see that we had several of the same things on our lists. We're working now to prioritize our lists and try to knock some of them out this year. Fun, fun!
Well, here are my stats. I would have done better had it not been for yesterday. Oh well!

I love the bucket list idea! I think I'll try that with Randy when he gets home. It looks like he may be home Wednesday or Thursday. Yeah!

Yet another not so good week for me.... Shamefully here are my stats...
Starting weight = 309
Last week = 189
This week = 192
Total Loss this week = Gained *3*
Total Loss = 127
I am just having a hard time staying away from fast food and the junk.... I am falling into old habits and need to get back on track... I know I can do it... it is just a matter of actually doing it.... Thanks for all the support....

Don't get disappointed! And, remember, like the Beck Diet Solution says, making one less than perfect choice doesn't have to lead to a whole day of less than perfect choices. We can get back on track the very next bite too! It's hard to remember that at times! And, no one can be perfect!!! Sometimes all we can do is make it one minute at a time!!!
