Just one more thing, I want to commend you, Valorie, on coming back to the board and after venting your frustration and feelings about others reaching their goal weights and your wanting to be under 200 but not quite there, you didn't just stay in a rut, feeling like a victim or telling yourself "I can't do this." Instead, you picked yourself up, dusted yourself off and made a plan that you are STICKING to. Consistency is the key and you are being CONSISTENT and it is paying off! So, my hat is off to you for taking CHARGE and taking good care of yourself!
