Poor Britt and Sophia! Hope your husband and other 2 kids didn't get it.
It's been a real roller coaster ride for me lately! It seems like my desire to do well and my rebellious spirit are battling but sitting down with the Beck Diet Solution book is helping. I'm even doing all the homework!!! I'm already feeling more in control. My weight is up slightly but a pair of size 6 pants just about fell off me on Sunday. They looked so baggy but I wore them anyway. I think the extra weight is just rebuilding muscle I lost during PS recovery but I'm watching that scale like mad!
Beginning Weight: 245.25

That's about a pound, 1 3/4 pound gain

Oh My Goodness! Last night was the first night since Friday - that I slept through the night. I hope that means* KNOCK ON WOOD* that Paul and Victoria missed it! Sofia got it the worst Gabriella and I had it bad but not for as long as poor Sofia.She is still not 100%.
I have went in full force with the BECK diet and now (gee i wonder why) have not started any new days. I hope to pick it up again today. Good for you doing your homework. I think it really works - though *anything* can work as long as it works *for you*
that is a small little gain ... i'm sure it will be gone by next weigh in ... plus some!

Sorry to hear so many have been sick. Hope everyone is doing better.
Well things are looking up. I visited my surgeon for my monthly weigh-in. I was up 2.5 lbs from last months weigh-in, but according to the scale I was down 8lbs in my fat mass and lean mass had increased. First thing he asked me was if I had been exercising, which I had, so he's happy with me.
Starting weight 349
Last week = 192
This week = 190
Loss this week = 2
Total loss = 159

I'm sorry everybody has been so sick! I almost feel guilty that I feel so darn good! Hope everybody is on the mend at this point. Poor Britt--it seems like when you have little ones it doesn't stop until the whole family has had it!
I'm back up to 140! I don't mind being here but, I dont want to go any higher. I'll have to work extra hard to settle in at this weight. I secretly prefer to be at 132, but shhhh..don't tell Randy. He thinks I look best at 140.

Sorry to hear that some many people have been sick. I had it a couple weeks ago and it is no fun. I have been really fighting the carb monster lately and need to get it back in check. I got rid of a few things in the house Sun so that has helped so now I just need to get people to stop bringing in yummy stuff to work. LOL.
Ok so stats this week:

My original goal was 145. I wouldn't mind getting to 120. My Dr recommends not getting lower than 140. I think my body likes to be around the 145. I did get down to 141 once after the stomach bug lol. But my real low was 143. I think I just need to wait and see as long as I stay here at 145 I am extremely happy!

My original goal was 142 .... my body went to 140 - than i thought hmmmmm 135 would be nice. BUT... I think my body is happy at 140 - I am not trying to get to 135 - I am happy at 140 and a size 4!!! If i ever get to 135 - that is just a bonus!
I think we have to pay attention to our body and how we feel

Sorry I'm so late this week. I've been doing what everyone else has. Both my children are home with Strep throat today. Luckily I haven't had it. My 15 year old son is miserable. I've spent the last two days on Mommy duty.
I'm reading the Beck book and another one actually - How to Shrink yourself. Both books are very similar and based on cognitive therapy - I just need a double dose sometimes. I haven't gotten to the homework yet though.
I need to exercise - Not a new need but if I keep it in my head it means I am not giving up totally on exercising!

Hey Cece - my 12's are getting too big. Me... the one who laughed (literally) at my doctor when he told me I'd be a 12. Not quite your 6's but it feels the same to me. Keep up the good work.
