Try this elegant dish

Butterly-cut chicken breasts without cutting them through (you know--make a pocket).
Chop uncooked shrimp and lay them inside the pocket with a slice of swiss cheese.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt and splash a little chicken broth on it to keep it moist. Bake at 350 until done.
It makes an elegant entree!

I dated a chef before I met Randy. This recipe is one that I remembered from that brief relationship!
