Well here it is. It is probably off some because I ate out for lunch and I had a cheesy asparagus soup and chicken/avacado quiche - so I just did the best I could with the fitday. I am up another half pound today but I think it will start the downward turn tomorrow. If not I will put myself on a time-out. I am glad that I didn't graze - a couple of times I put my hand in a container for a graze but took it out like I was burned.
I didn't exercise per se - I am a busy woman though. Laundry, work, shuffling kids around. I am not going to beat myself up but I will try to walk at least 30 min. today.
Water ... you know this has gotten to be such a habit that I don't track it anymore. I can remember 80 oz specifically - there may be more.
Ok - How did y'll do yesterday.

Good job! I did well too! I have a software program called LifeForm that I've been using for years so I logged my food into that. I remember it was right at 1300 calories with the protein right at 100 grams, the fat good and the carbs a little higher than I would like but I know the majority came from fruit and the 1/2 sweet potato. I would look all that up but I'm too lazy! Breakfast was my cottage cheese, fruit, protein powder mixture. Lunch was soup. Dinner was talapia, veggies and the 1/2 sweet potato. I had a protein bar too and right now I can't remember what else!!! All I know is I went to bed hungry! I wanted something SO bad but I didn't have anything. I was proud of myself for that!
Today I tried one of those Quiznos Sammy flatbread sandwiches. I've been seeing them advertized lately. They are low fat and they advertize a chicken one and a steak one as being only 200 calories each. My husband met me and while we don't like that type of dining experience, the food wasn't bad at all. We orderd 1 Sammy Meal whi*****luded 2 Sammies. We got one of each of the new lower calorie ones. You get a fountain drink and a side with that. The side can be soup, a small salad, a bag of chips or a cookie. We got the Chili with it once we saw how small the Sammy is! I ate 1/2 of each Sammy and I thought the taste was good. I also ate some of the Chili and it was good too. Overall, for fast food and for WLS patients, it wasn't bad. I doubt the flatbread had any fiber but the balsamic vinegar dressing was good and the chicken was good. The steak one wasn't bad either but the chicken tasted like real chicken. I think that was the first time I've eaten at a Quiznos but it was much like a Subway.

Great Job , CeCe, and no one is perfect. Good Carbs are great I wouldn't worry unless you felt like you had too many simple carbs - YOu know?
I have a program that I usually use on my palm. I really like it. It doesn't have the cool - this amount of you day from protein - I like that. Anyway I'm playing with fitday now - I imagine I'll end up going back to my old standby because it is portable.

no gym today - I hurt my calf muscle bad ... this is my 3rd day out it feels so much better. Tomorrow - I am going back!
I started the BECK DIET solution - so far so good - it seems as if today something "clicked" in my head!
