Weekly Weigh In week of 1/21
Well I am down a little this week so that helped. I got up for 6 AM Aqua Jogging yesterday on my day off, it was 1 degree outside. The family went to a movie yesterday and I indulged in some popcorn. I am having trouble grazing also. I am out of my micellar milk back ordered at the vitamen shoppe so I was missing my morning protein so I have been having a shake so I think that helped in my loosing this week, I was really hungry and not eating enough protein.
Starting weight 298.5
Last week = 159.2
This week = 158.4
Loss this week = 0.8
Total loss = 140.1
Current BMI = 28.97
So I'm working on exercise and not grazing this week.

Good morning all!
I've been busy these last couple of weeks and haven't had a lot of time to post but things are a little easier now so I'm back! My ex-husband and I took our son (Evan, 8) skiing 2 weekends ago and had a great time! I skied for 3 full days until my body said "no more!!!". It was great exercise and a fun experience! My son is a natural on the snowboard too.
Anyway, I haven't been eating too badly but I have really slacked off on my water intake. I think that's why I haven't lost any weight in a few weeks. Sometimes I just get so bored with water and Crystal Light that I don't want to drink anything good for me. I tend to drink a lot of coffee and unsweet tea. But I'm trying to change that now. I'm not decreasing my coffee but I'm trying to add more water during the day. So far, so good. I've been exercising more but my scale still isn't budging. But that's okay because I know I am still losing inches. My size 8s are a little too big but I don't think size 6s will fit just yet. I might go try on some just to see though. I've been surprised before! Well, I wish everyone a very happy week filled with determination and motivation.

Hello! I too need to get my grazing under control. I have been having a major sweet tooth and just keep doing the one little bit will be ok! But its not it just sets me up to want more! So far it hasn't effected my weight loss but I know it is just a matter of time!
