I can't believe after the good week I had of exercising and 2 days of just protein shakes that I actually gained this week. I am really frustrated. I did the 5 days pouch diet and let me tell you it was hard. I did OK the first 2 days but not so fabulous yesterday. My husband told me he has never heard me complain so much ever. I certainly missed chewing.

This week = 159.2

Total loss = 139.3
Current BMI = 29.1
So my goals for this week are get in my exercise and track what I eat. I'm with Wanda and CeCe in being out of control.

I know my body well enough to know that the 5 day pouch test would have those same results on me. It's way too much like a crash diet for me. I'll just work on following a sensible eating plan. That seems to work best for me.

Britt, with your 90 day challenge that NuvaRing doesn't have a chance. When you say "didn't get along," does that mean the NuvaRing is history? The 2 pounds will be too!
As I said the other day, I'm down 1/4 pound more. I know I could easily get into the 120s if I would completely behave! I am doing better but snacking too often is still snacking too much even if the food is healthy.

The wound is close to being healed!! It's pretty small now and hopefully will be totally gone before February! I'm still noticing it (or the LBL) during some exercises so I back off. Running is out of the question right now. I really feel it pulling then. Thanks for asking!! As far as the numbness around the incision area, that's most noticable on the back on either side of my spine. When I get on an exercise mat, it just feels strange - like I'm laying on something really hard and uncomfortable!
