HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Hello again its me the disappearing Jackie who pops in every once in awhile. I usually myspace more than I stop here but I wanted to pop in and check in on a few people who cross my mind and want to see how they are doing. Britt for one and Kim the dancingjudge and Shawn. I hope everyone is well or beginning to feel better. I haven't had any problems medically, maybe its the band. Emotionally, YES ups and downs with friends and family but working on it on a daily basis for sure. Sometimes I have to learn to put me first, it just isn't my nature though I am such a giver. Anyway I am doing well, 51 lbs to go and it's been slow but certainly worth it. I feel a million times better than when I weighed 246 lbs that is for darn sure. My famiy is well my children are amazing. I also started following a heavy metal rock band with my bad self LOL............they so RAWK!!! Giggle. I am going to post a healthy salad I made for my office on my page. Check it out and let me know if you try it. Love to you all! Jackie in Michigan

Hi Jackie (((happy NEW year!))) I am glad that you posted - We miss ya!!! Wow only 51 pounds to go , Terrific! Go Jackie!!!! Things are good here - I am maintaining .... BUT its work!!! Especially with all of the Hliday food temptations. I am glad that's over! I feel great! and *THANK GOD* I have had no issues! (Thank you - thank you - thank you!) Its great to hear that you and your family are well!!!! Congrats on starting your own band I am looking forward to an even better 2008 , Britt

Hey Jackie.... it is great to see you posting.... HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR to you as well.... I was just thinking about you the other day, wondering where you were... You are doing such a great job... Sounds like everything is going great for you.... You look terrific!!!!! Keep up the good work.. I hope you have a wonderful 2008!!! I am sure we all will.... Things are plugging along here for me.... Been sick with the flu, but other than that, all is well... The good thing about getting sick is it jump started my weight loss again, LOL... now I just have to keep it up so I can make goal.... Only 15 pounds to go.... We are so close.... Oh and I found out I am going to be a Grandma in August... Can you believe it... I just turned 37 last week and I am going to be a Grandma.... I was in shock at first but now I am thrilled... I just wish they weren't 20 hours away in Louisiana. We need to see you posting more girly... Try and got on here once in a while and give us an update, even if it is only on the weekly weigh ins.... Happy Birthday Britt!!!!! My birthday is one week before yours on the 21st.... That was the day we went to Great Wolf Lodge and my sister took me out for steak and lobster for my birthday... It was a really great couple of days... Hugs, Shawn M.

Nice to see you again Jackie. You should pop in more. I'm doing fine. Recovering from my revision surgery over a month ago. It really knocked me out. I'm still not back to work and on a feed tube. But good news is I'm up 4 lbs. from my low. I hope it continues. Sounds like you've been busy having fun. Keep it up!
