This time last year we were all NEWBIES - look how far we have come. Congratulations to each and everyone of you. YOU ARE INSPIRING!!!!
Remember the reason for the season!
I am finally back at the gym - yippeeeeeeeee. I feel better, not totally better with my cold, but better mentally now that I am back at the gym. I have been having a hard time. I am just not eating 'right' and can FEEL the difference. I know when I put good fuel = food into my body I feel better, When I put cheapo fuel... I feel less energetic. Really thinking about it I think that may have contributed to this cold lingering for so long. Anyway, I am back at the gym and cannot wait for the FOOD / TEMPTATIONS part of the Holiday season to pass. I guess this will be a struggle for me always - Still I remain determined to stay *at goal*

Hello Britt and everyone else.... Sure do hope everyone had a great holiday!
Sorry for not being around the past couple of days. My sister took us to The Great Wolf Lodge in Ohio for our Christmas present! We had soooo much fun... and Then since Friday was my birthday, she took me and hubby out to dinner while her older kids watched my younger kiddos... I had steak and lobster... it was the BEST dinner ever... of course I didn't eat it all, and brought it back with me, but it was sooooo good.... The kids had a blast on all of the water slides.... it was such an awesome Christmas present... They even put our dog up in a pet hotel for the time we were gone..... It was great.... I was worried about the scale today with the way I have been eating, but I shouldn't have worried as much as I did... here are my stats....

This week = 185
Loss this week = 3
Total Loss = 124
Looks like I am back on track finally... that gain a few weeks ago really had me stressed... I think maybe I wasn't eating enough, if that makes sense at all... LOL....

Ok, well I haven't done this in a while but here is where I am today.
Starting weight 202
Last week = 90.6 -naked AM
This week = 94.0 with clothes PM
Loss this week = + ??
Ok, to try to compare, I went to the dr. last week. Closest comparison is the 94 lb. weight. I was 91.6 with clothes then. And tonight I'm wearing fewer clothes than I was that afternoon, so I can only see where that HAS to be a gain! I had a vest on that I took off to weigh, and with the vest I was 95.6. I haven't seen 95 anything for at least a month! Maybe I am going to start gaining! Maybe! Finally!
