I had such a HARD week (eating) - I blogged about it if you want the details. I am felling better now -Thank God! I am PUMPING it up at the gym - and pushing myself - it feels great (On Sunday I had a great workout and burned ~767~ calories).
I got a new shorter Lil' Hair cut too - A picture is on my profile - I always wanted a short - sassy lil' hair cut - I think it look cute - lots of people have been commenting (that they love it).

This week = 140
Loss this week = 0 (counting my blessings - no gain)
Total loss = 110.5
Current BMI = 22.6

Britt I love you new doo, you look so good. I really thought I had a good week but did end up gaining a little.
I have a conference on Wednesday that I will be at from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM so I think that whole day will be a struggle it's all about having snacks out all day long. I don't do well with temptation I am bringing my tea and my crystal light and propel packets so I can drink all day and I won't feel so much like snacking I hope. I have to miss my swimming that day also which really bothers me. I'll have to pick up that day on the weekend and get some exercise in.

This week = 162.4
Gain this week = 0.4
Total loss = 136.1
Current BMI = 29.7
I am doing Wanda's challenge and hope to show some loss next week.

Hi everyone,
I am so glad to be back and posting on our board. I have missed you all. My eating has been horrific but as of Sunday, I am back on track. My personal little goal is trying my best to reach 199 by New Years Day. I know it is doable if I put in the effort! Plain and simple truth.
My Stats:
Starting weight = 348 and BMI 60
Weight on Day of Surgery = 332.5
Last weigh in = 220.0
This week = 217.6
Loss this week = 2.4 lbs
Total loss = 130.4 lbs
Since surgery 114.9 lbs
Yeah! Just goes to show that my body wants to lose, I just have to give it the correct fuel. 2.4 lbs in 1 day! Not too shabby.
Hope everyone has a GREAT week! My motto for the week is NO EXCUSES!!!!!!

Valorie, I love your motto and your goal of 199 by New Year's Day! Great attitude and it's good to see you back. I was worried about you when you didn't answer my pm! I certainly understand though. It sounds like you've been through a lot.
