Well, the plastic surgeon says that I can return to the gym. It seems as though other people's plastic surgeon has very different ideas. So, the question is do I trust my doc's opinion more than the mainstream advice out there? The jury is still out on that one!
I want to get back to the gym too so you do a good workout for me too, Wanda! Last week I was doing some good walks but the last few days my exercise seems to consist of walking downstairs to the kitchen to make hot tea, let the dogs out or attempt to cook a little. There's a roast going in the slow cooker right now. My husband started it before heading to work this morning. I think he was beginning to enjoy going out and getting us stuff at night but it sure wasn't healthy! I've had pizza like 3 times lately - it was the same pizza (leftovers) but I sure don't need to be eating pizza!
Hey, Wanda, let's both drop a couple of extra pounds so we have a little wiggle room, ok? We still have Christmas and New Year's to get through!

Cece...so you want us to drop a couple of pounds, huh? Hmmm. I'm basically happy where I am, but maybe 130 would be a good number too. I'm game! That would give us a little wiggle room. Let's do it!

Congrats on continuing to maintain Britt, apparently 140 is your number. I am at what is apparently my ideal weight too, I bounce between 118-120 depending on the day. Today, I am 119. I have got used to this weight and am fine with it. I still need motivation to tone up some though. Would love a tummy tuck but that is not going to happen anytime soon and probably not at all.
