Weekly Weigh In week of 11/26
Wow, everyone did so great over Thanksgiving! I did too. I went to my cousins and ate with my aunt, uncle, two cousins and their kids. It was nice to be with family. Espeically since last year I was essentially by myself. Thanksgivings have been hard since my mom passed a couple years ago. I was able to eat some of everything and not feel stuffed. I just ate the whole time I was there.
We only made it out on Friday to one store before I pooped out. But my daughter got some much needed clothes. She is growing like a weed and didn't have much to wear. At least she will be set now until after Christmas.
This is the week for my revision (Thursday). I had an appt. today with the dietician and we are going to play it by ear with my diet depending on exactly what the dr. ends up doing to me. Alot will depend on whether he has to make my stomach smaller or not. She said I'm really in tune with my body and what I can and can't eat, when to stop, etc. So she is confident I will not overdo.
So, here's my stats for the week:
Starting weight 202
Last week = 91
This week = 92
Loss this week = +1
Total loss = 110
Current BMI = 15.8
Hi

I got a good start on Christmas shopping and my Christmas cards.

Last week = 165.5
This week = 162.0
Loss this week = 3.5
Total loss = 136.5

I'm working on my snacking. Why does everyone think they need to bring in treats this time of year.
Have a fabulous week!

Hi everyone! Glad to hear everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I did as well. My kids, ex-husband, and I got up early Thursday morning and drove to my Mom's house 2 hours away. When I got there I realized that hardly anything had been done beforehand so I spent the next 4.5 hours scrambling around the kitchen cooking and preparing everything. I enjoyed it but I wished I had known so I could have prepared some stuff ahead of time and brought it with me! Oh well. Dinner was great and everyone had a good time. I didn't eat too much and tried to really watch my sweets intake. I think I did pretty good, although I am sure I could have done better. But I really love my Coconut pie!!!! lol.
My ulcer is doing well, I think. But it is really hard to take this medicine 4 times a day on an empty stomach. I've got a call in to my Dr. to see if we can modify the dosage to 3 a day.
I haven't started my Christmas shopping yet, except a few things I bought online yesterday. I am going today after work to get a few things marked off my list. I'm hoping to get my decorations up either this week or this weekend at the latest.
Here are my stats:
Starting weight: 233
Last week: 146.8
This week: 145.4
Loss: 1.4
BMI: 22.7!
Hugs to everyone!!!

I'm glad Thanksgiving is over! Holidays and parties can really take me out of my normal patterns.
My weight has bounced around from 133-137. Today CeCe and I are weight twins at 135! This is a one pound gain for me since last week. I'm ok with that.
I look forward to getting back to the gym. My doc says I can go back now. Other docs and patients say 6 weeks - 6 months. I have been told that we just won't get the desired results if we exercise too soon. I just don't know who is correct. Oh well...it's a small problem to have compared to Kim's reviision and CeCe's infection! I wish you both well!
