Weekly Weigh In week of 11/19
HI Everyone,
I am spending Thanksgiving with my brothers and sister-in-law. She's making the main stuff and I am making the side dishes.
Not really planning on dessert, my birthday is today and we had cake on Sunday, so that was my bad stuff for the week, not going to have any more.
I am going to try to make sugar free cranberry sauce, I missed that last year because the canned stuff was too sweet.
I also went shopping with the money my brother gave me for my birthday, and i bought clothes from the "regular" section. I am no longer in plus sizes!!! I'm down to an XL(misses) and 14 or 16 pants depending on cut. I was pretty excited, let me tell you!!

I remember to weigh myself this morning. I didn't lose as much as I thought I did but that's okay. I'll keep plugging along and doing what I need to do. Eventually it will come off!

Last week: 147.4
This week: 146.8
Loss: .6
Total loss: 86.2
My goal for next week is to get to under 146! I don't care if is 145.9 but somewhere under 146!
