I am running a 5k THANKSGIVING morning ...the Turkey Trot -- That will allow me a guilt free dessert! he he he
We are going to my Aunts and I am making 2 desserts :a sugar free Pumpkin Cheese cake (I posted the recipe) and warm caramel, peanut butter apples served with ice-cream (low sugar)

Good Morning Britt and everyone,
I am really struggling with my weight I am PMSing and have been for the last month which does not help, my last TOM was Sept 24. I'm going to see a Gyno on Wednesday about that. We've been really busy at work so my exercising is suffering, the end is in sight we're usually pretty much done by Thanksgiving so things will get better on the work side. So my goals for this week are to exercise the 1st 3 days because we'll be out of town the entire weekend and I won't be able to do much but a little walking.
Starting weight 298.5
Last week = 163.5
This week = 165.5
Gain this week = 2.0
Total loss = 133.0
Current BMI = 30.0
I am not worried about Thanksgiving and plan to take protein drinks and healthy snacks for the 4 days we're out of town. Everyone have a wonderfull Thanksgiving, I feel that I have so much to be thankful for this year.

I am with you my last was 9/23 ...I think my body is still adjusting and its driving me NUTS! The last three days I felt - so hungy and snacky ... nothing was satisfying - I hate that! I am going to call my gyno if mine doesn't come soon (by the way NO I am not preggo! I am VERY happy with my 3 girls - we are DONE!)
Sounds like you have a good plan and frame of mind about Thankgiving.

I am SO trying to get my BMI under the "I'm normal "Range..
I tried a new protein drink this am..I'm always trying new ways to gulp these things down..So here's my Thanksgiving version..
Protein powder..(I use vanilla and I also double mine)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
(you can use all milk or water what ever ya perfer but I still have a lactose issue)
1 splenda packet
2-3 tablespoons of pumpkin (not pie mix)
Blend and wohooola ..yummo
Morning all, I have been really losing lately, so much so it's actually beginning to worry me that it's too much too fast. Since Oct 1st, I've lost 29lbs...so I called the doctor last week, he said I'm still in the normal range so it's ok...I told him that is alot of weight in a short period of time, he said given what is going on in mylife it could be a contributing factor of that, but then he asked me to fax over my daily food journal for two weeks and called back and said you are fine, you are eating healthy and I could add one more snack in if I wanted to.

todays' weight 136.5
total weight loss 110 lbs
BMI - I forgot to look up, but it's in normal range.
I am 1.5 lb from my original goal weight and tomorrow 11/20 is my one year surgiversary!!

THIS IS A BANNER DAY FOR ME!!!! CELEBRATE! I can't stop smiling and, like Wanda's screen name, I'm LOVING my new life!! Things are FINALLY coming together! I no longer have that horrible pannus that I allowed to affect my self esteem FAR too much. While I still can't really see my new body because of the swelling, the binder and the fact that I can't stand up straight, just knowing that "THING" is gone is such a relief! AND, DRUM ROLL PLEASE - my BMI is NORMAL!!!!!!! No pannus and a normal BMI? I might be human afterall!!!! Are you ready for MORE???? Remember, I still have swelling, yet this morning I'm officially down 103 pounds!!!! THE CENTURY CLUB!!!!! NO PANNUS!! NORMAL BMI!!!!!!! Down 103 POUNDS! Can you tell I'm excited??????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys on this board are so wonderful but there were times I couldn't help but feel a little jealous that I wasn't losing as fast or doing as well as some of you but I loved having the support and reading about each of your triumphs and struggles. I never thought I would be sharing so much on the Internet but other people just can't understand plus I didn't even tell my mother, siblings or daughter and SIL that I was having WLS. I needed you guys and you were there. Thank you! I hope you can understand my excitement and it doesn't sounds like bragging!!!!
