Good morning all my November Brothers and Sisters, This won't be long! Just checking in to tell you I'm alive and that Plastic Surgery is not easy! LOTS harder than WLS. I took good pills and slept all the way home from Fairfax and had no real pain. The main problems are VERY, VERY, VERY swollen legs (painful to touch) and BAD constipation due to the narcotics. Getting comfortable in bed, on couches or chairs is impossible. What little I've seen of the incision, it looks fine. I can't stand up straight so I can't see if it looks really good - swollen there too. Four drains aren't putting out too much but we drain them often. I can't seem to get my fluids in and that's so important. My poor husband is exhausted and such a saint! He's way too good for me. I'm reading many posts this morning but my brain is too foggy to answer many but I do thank you so much for your notes of support. It touches my heart that you care. Thank you so very much. CeCe

Take it easy, CeCe, and get lots of rest. You can read the posts later when you feel like it. Just know that we are all praying for you and we care about you. So go take another pain pill and go to sleep! lol. Susan

Ah yes, thunder thighs...I know them well. You are doing great. I'm proud of you. Hang in there. It gets better every day. Isn't that post-surgery fog something? I don''t even remember my first week postop. You are right--Hank is a sweetheart. You're blessed to have a good one! Speedy recovery, my friend. Wanda
