1- yr anniversary and some sad news

Hi everyone, Today is my 1 yr anniversary and I'm 156 lbs lighter. It's so hard for me to believe that at this time last year I weighed 329 lbs. Today, I weigh 173 lbs. My life has changed soooo much ! I have a life again !!!! But, today is not entirely happy for me. My grandmother passed away yesterday at 80 yrs old. I don't know what I'm going to do without her. She was my rock for many many years. She was so precious. Her funeral is on Friday, please pray for my family and I to get thru this difficult time. Hugs Loretta

Congrats on such a great success... I am with you in prayers for you and your family..We lost my husbands maternal grandmother in january this past year and it was very hard on me..I was so close to her and miss her alot but I keep saying she is at peace and not hurting anymore.. Agian prayers out to you..

Thanks Wanda, Grandma and I were extremely close. I feel like I have a hole in my heart now that she's gone. The Holidays are going to be tough without her. Loretta

Lorretta, What an emotional roller coaster you must be on. I am sorry for your loss. It is hard to lose someone we love. I will keep you in my thoughts. Now, on the good side. Congrats on the surgiversary. You have done extremely well to by down 156 lbs. Just amazing! Valorie

Thanks Valorie, I really do feel like I'm on a emotional roller coaster. I'll get to feeling a little better and then something will make me break out crying. I've eaten horrible this past week also, the scales show a 2 lb gain....UGH. Loretta
