Do you know anything about Louisville?

So call me crazy but I have an interview in Louisville KY this week (about 4 hours from my home). The job sounds great, a VP from their company has called me twice (I didn't call him back right away), the potential salary he told me is double plus what I was making. I am considering uprooting my entire life, home and family to go for it (If I get the job and it turns out to be anything close to what he said). I am actually kind of excited about the thought. We will almost have to start the adoption process completely over in KY but may have the money to go back and adopt an infant..... So I am wondering if anyone knows anything about Louisville? I lived in Lexington for a little while about 10-12 years ago but have never been to Louisville. My Mom and Dad even said they would follow us in 2 years or so when my Dad retires.... HUGS Christy

The best thing about this possibility, I at least could take all of you with me. I am sorry I havent posted or encouraged anyone lately, I have just been too down in the dumps. Christy, I have friends who have lived in/near Louisville for years and they love it. The house they built is just outside Louisville but they both work in Louisville. Sounds like a wonderful opportunity for you if the job is all it promises! Go for an interview! Maybe this is the new door opening!
