Haven't been able to post since 10-22, been pretty busy at work.
Starting weight 349
On 10-22 = 193
This week = 190
Loss this week = 3lbs in 3 weeks(been yo-yoing a lot)
Total loss = 159
Good Luck to everyone else, Keeping Wanda and CeCe in my prayers for a speedy recovery and Kim to hang in there until she gets the help she needs.

Hi everyone! I've been gone awhile - sorry! I've missed everyone though. It's just been really crazy at work and I usually only have enough time to get online for a few minutes but not long enough to post. But hopefully things are going to slow down some now so I'll be able to post more. And I very seldom have time at night to get on the computer either.
Wanda - congratulations on your PS! I'm vey happy for you!
Kim - hope you are doing well - glad to see you gained a couple of pounds. Hopefully you will continue to gain and get some strength back before your revision.
CeCe - good luck with your surgery! I'm excited for you and just know everything will be fine.
Well, I've been gaining and losing the same 2-3 lbs for several weeks now. It's getting aggravating but I know what I am doing wrong - just gotta change my bad habits I have gotten into lately. Plus, I had strep throat and a sinus infection at the same time that had me away from the gym for a few days. Then my trainer got sick so I ended up not going to the gym for almost 2 weeks! Yikes! But I'm back now and raring to go. I gotta get these last few lbs off and I WILL SUCCEED!!!!
Here's my stats:
Starting weight: 233
Last week: 147.4
This week: 147.4
Loss: 0
I would like to get to 145 by next Monday. We'll see how it goes! Carb monster is in full force!!!!

Hi everyone! I have had a busy week and will post more about that later. I see everyone is doing ok. Wanda, hope your swell hell ends soon. CeCe, My prayers are with you. Kim, glad to see a gain, I pray it continues. Britt, congrats on maintaining. Loretta, great job. Susan, I can totally understand the ups and downs. I have been gaining and losing the same 3 or 4 pounds for a few weeks myself. It is time for me to get back to eating correctly. I know I have been grazing and it must stop! I hope I covered everyone. If I overlooked anyone, please forgive me as it was not by choice. My brain is still a bit foggy from the accident. Or at least that is my excuse and I am sticking to it! LOL
I managed a 1 pound loss. New weight is 220. I know I should be happy but I know I could have done much better. Look for my next post to tell you about my week.
Yall, come on and kick my butt! I need some real talk to get me back to eating right. Let me have it!

Thanks Britt, that's what I need to hear. I know in my heart that I can do it but my mind is weak. I really have to make time to read my Beck Diet Solution. How is that going for you? I know you and Wanda mentioned the book. Have you gotten into it yet? Like I said, I have to make the time.
