Anniversary to me .......I am 1 year out as of today and have loss 138 pounds.....I am so happy but think I should have lost more than that....

I knew there was someone else on this board who had the same surgery date as Britt and myself! Congrats, Kenya! WOW! 138 pounds! That sounds like GREAT success to me! I think we always think we should have/could have lost more! Could you have done that without WLS? Maybe but losing 138 pounds would have taken YEARS not 12 months! CeCe
