Weekly Weigh In week of 11/5
Well I was gone all last week @ a work conference in La. It was a good time but kinda stressful eating wise. When I went on vacation before it was with family and we were able to go grocery shopping. It was very easy to stay on track. This time I was with a coworker and no refrigerator. I think overall I made good choices.
My stats:
Starting Weight: 268
2 Weeks ago: 154
This Week: 154.5
Gain: .5
I cant seem to get past this weight I got down to 152 once but went right back up. I keep hovering right at 154ish. I partly think it has to do with my uncontrolled spotting. Its almost like I am having 2 periods a month. I had an ultrasound to check things out looking for fibroids ect. but none thankfully. But I do have a huge cyst on my one ovary that they just want to keep an eye on and several smaller ones on the other. The thing is I am already on birthcontrol which is what the dr would suggest to control the bleeding and cysts. Otherwise he would suggest longterm birth control except I am thinking of kids so those aren't really options right now. My coworkers tell me the best thing for the cysts is to get pregnant but I don't want to go there for at least 6 more months. Of course I need to get married first too lol. My boyfriend and I have discussed this and I think he will propose soon and neither of us want a real long engagement and then he knows I want kids soon too. I am 33 with PCOS and don't want to wait to long in case of problems. Oh my I have really started rambling. Sorry

I'm in limbo hell again. I'll post another post about it. I'm just so discouraged.

My question is how do I stop losing weight? I am trying but can't. I am kinda nervous.
Do you think I will stop when my body needs to stop? I am trying to up my fat intake but do not want to get ill. You all know the feeling lol.
I am nearly 5'10 so anything under 18.9 is underweight.

Well I had another awful week. My fibro hit me with a vengeance and we're so busy at work, I can't wait until Thanksgiving that's usually when my season is over. On a good note I am feeling better today and life is looking better.

Total loss = 134.1
Current BMI = 30.0
I' really going to watch my carbs this week and exercise my 5 times. I have my 1 year check-up next Tuesday. I cannot believe it has already been a year.
