Yes, I'm drinking a lot! I just can't seem to get enough fluids. I have no appetite at all--which is a good thing since I can't exercise for awhile. Tommorrow is your one year anniversary. You have done so well. 110 pounds is fantastic! I'm not sure if I'll ever get to 100 pounds, and if I don't that's ok. I would be happy to maintain at 140 (+ or - 2 pounds). You look fabulous. Wanda

I've heard it can take a while (UGH) for the sweeling to go down - Hang in there. Are you draining a lot? How was your first post op check up? I cannot believe tomorrow is 1 year! I am happy to be *maintaining* - thanks a bunch! hugs, Britt

I wouldn't say that I'm draining a lot. One drain was 25cc in 24 hours, the other was 20cc. My first post-op visit is on Wednesday.

Wanda, You shouldn't have even gotten on a scale yet! You know all that is just fluid!!! I'm not going to get near a scale for several weeks! I think I'll have my husband keep it hostage! Well, I have one of those doctor type scales so maybe he can put a rope or chain around it!!! Glad you are doing as well as you are!

Happy Monday! As you probably know, I had a pretty rough week with the accident and going to the Dr's all week. I was not allowed to go to the gym and my carb cravings were out of control. The stress effect was horrible. I tried to curb my appetite but not being able to exercise didn't help anything. That is my normal release when the cravings strike. Anyway, my week was a wash. No loss, No gain. Stayed exactly the same at 222 lbs. I am hoping to be cleared for exercise tomorrow. I plan on taking a couple of walks today to help combat the cravings and just to help feel better. I hope everyone has a great week. Hugs, Valorie
