I have an athletes heart!

Before the Anesthesiologist put me under she asked me if anyone ever told me that I had a very low heart rate. I told her "no, but isn't that a good thing?" She said that I have the heart of an athlete! I never thought I would hear words like that to describe me!! My life has changed so much since wls! I love it!

Yeah Wanda! Since surgery my HR is very low also. Around 50 bpm and less if resting. It is amazing isn't it? From where we were before WLS to today is a whole world apart. Hugs, Valorie
