Kenya, It does get depressing when the weight loss slows down so much! I've barely lost in 2 months either but I find if I really, really, really stick to lower carb/lower calorie I do best. Of course, I exercise lots too but exercise alone won't do it for me. I have to watch the grazing most of all. Even if I don't eat much at all, if I graze, the calories seem to add up. Also, obeying the "wait an hour after drinking to eat" sure helps. RULES! Darn them but they do work! Good luck! CeCe

Hello everyone, as you all know I had a bit of a set back this week but I still managed a small loss. I think if I had been able to exercise on Friday and Sat as planned and my muscles weren't in repair mode I probably would have had much greater weight loss success. I am just happy that the scale went down and that I am not injured any worse than I was. My weekly stats: Starting weight = 348 and BMI 60 Weight on Day of Surgery = 332.5 Last week = 222.0 This week = 221.0 Loss this week = 1 lbs Total loss = 127 lbs Since surgery 111.5 lbs Hope you all have a great week. Keep your key on the prize! Valorie

Great picture Britt. I'd like to do that to if I can bribe my DH and DS into doing it. Hope you're feeling better Valorie. Best wishes to Wanda for her surgery tomorrow. I had part of my toe nail taken off last Tuesday who knew it would be quite so painful. This is the first day I've been able to wear socks and shoes. It's a little chilly to wear sandels in October in MN but I've been doing it. I had a good week of working out so so on eating. I'm having a terrible time with night time snacking. I think I'm just going to have to not eat after a certain time. Starting weight 298.5 Last week = 162.5 This week = 163.4 Gain this week = 0.9 Total loss = 135.1 Current BMI = 29.9 If this is the weight I'm meant to be then so be it but I'd like to get down to 150, I have my 1 year doctor appointment on Nov 13 so I'm curious to hear what my doctor has to say. I was never really given a goal weight by my doc. Everyone have a fabulous week Deb
