Just curious if any of you are considering plastics as we arrive upon our 1 year surgiversary. I have lost all the weight I need to lose. Started at 263; now 148 and 5'9" tall. Have a saggy tummy and breasts, although in clothes it's not noticible. Should I start considering plastics now or wait until I make sure I maintain my current weight for awhile? Thanks, J.J.

I had always heard different rules such as "maintain a certain weight for 6 months" or "wait 18 months from wls". I asked the ps about it. He said that the only thing that matters is that we need know that if you lose more than 20 pounds after ps, you negate the benefits of the surgery...or if you gain weight, you would also lose the benefit of surgery. Hi JJ, Like Wanda said each PS is different. I'd research a few and set upiappointments for "free" consults ... this way you can talk with the PS - get answers and make a plan. Congrats on your weight loss hugs, Britt
