Weekly Weigh In week of 10/22
Thanks Britt!!!! It always brightens my day when I get a response from you...
The shower turned out wonderful... I didn't have as much to do with it as I thought I would, but all worked out well and they got a lot of nice gifts as well.. She was a bit elaborate with her gift registry, but most people were sensible and got her practical gifts and things that they would actually NEED...
I sure do hope my boss understands.. She knows about my surgery, but I am just worried about seeming so "needy" with all the time I need off for my son's wedding and stuff associated with it... I HATE being a whinner... I think I would rather **** off my boss than my pouch though... it has been rough this past week...

I talked to my boss today and told her all I needed was a couple of minutes to eat a peanut butter cracker or a cheese stick and she said "no problem", so I was worried about nothing... it all worked out.. I just felt bad about asking for that with all the time I am needing off with the wedding, shower and other appointments and stuff..... But I was relieved that she was able to work with me.... Just thought I would let you know....

Hey Britt, glad to hear you had such a good time! We missed you last week.
This has been a big week for me as you all know. I had my appt. with my new surgeon who accepted me, no problem. I have a revision surgery scheduled for Nov. 14, the day before my one year surgiversary. I lost quite a bit this week, down to my new low of 93. I'm up to 94 today. Trying so hard to maintain for my surgery.
Starting weight 202
Last week = 97
This week = 94
Loss this week = 3
Total loss = 108
Current BMI = 16

I participated in my first Walk From Obesity here in Baltimore this past Saturday. I was able to walk most of the 3 miles. I quit at 2 and a half because my knees were getting stiff and didn't want to pu**** but they weren't hurting and I wasn't even breathing hard. I was pretty proud of myself. My team raised the most money, and had the most participants. They''re a pretty good group.

I am so glad that you had fun at Disneyworld!!!! I wouldn't worry too much about 3 lbs. It is most likely water weight. Way to go on the exercising will on vacation. That is definite dedication!

So I lost the last 2 of what I gained during my hormonal time which lasted for almost 2 1/2 weeks off and on. I just hope it doesn't make a repeat performance this month. I have a test scheduled this week to check things out so I will either get some answers or at least know that nothing is wrong.
