Breakfast: Oatmeal Snack: Yogurt with protein apple Lunch: Chicken salad with mayo Celery sticks Snack: Protein shake Dinner: Pot Roast-4 oz green salad with vinegar dressing, no oil Total: 1150 Fat: 35 315 28% Sat: 12 107 10% Poly: 8 68 6% Mono: 9 82 7% Carbs: 100 335 30% Fiber: 16 0 0% Protein: 115 458 41% Exercise: 10 min T/S 30 min cardio 30 min lower body workout So....care to share your plan for success?
