My plan for success: Breakfast; Oatmeal Snack: Activia yogurt w/1/2 scoop protein Lunch: Subway Club- 1/2 of 6 inch on whole wheat bread Snack: Protein shake with Bolthouse Farms Mocha Cappuccino Dinner: Subway Club- other 1/2 Total: 927 Fat: 16 146 16% Sat: 8 68 7% Poly: 3 27 3% Mono: 3 27 3% Carbs: 126 434 48% Fiber: 17 0 0% Protein: 81 322 36% Exercise: 1 hour with trainer at the gym 30 min cardio So, what is your plan for success?
