Can you believe that we are in the middle of October already? This will be our first fall & winter as thin people! Isn't that an exciting thought!! We can actually still look good even wearing heavy winter clothing. Do you foresee anything different in your life this fall/winter? I look forward to being able to wear snug jeans and a form-fitting sweater, setting a healthy example for my family at Thanksgiving dinner, or wearing a sexy party dress at Christmas time.
Our good friend, Britt, is off playing at Disney World this week. What a beautiful time of year to be in Florida. She planned that just right! We wish her a fun-filled week and can't wait to hear about it when she gets back. In the meantime let's make her proud and carry on her Weekly Weigh-In thread!

How did you do this week?
I am looking forward to wearing winter clothes also. I found myself a leather jacket in perfect condition at a consignment store for $47 so I was pretty pleased with myself. I am not looking forward to being cold all the time I'm looking at a whole new way of dressing.

Total loss = 134.1
Current BMI = 30.0
I upped my exercise got my TOM and still gained what's up with that.
I will be out of town for part of this week and am not looking forward to the challenges. We are staying in a motel with a pool so I will do some swimming.

Deb, you are doing awesome at a total loss of 134.1! Don't let that one little pound gain throw you. Just upping your exercise could contribute to that.
Congrats on finding that great bargain on the leather coat! You're right--you will be colder this year since there is so much less of you!

I know how you feel sister.... I was right in your shoes last week. TOM is so darn pesky. He messes up everything.
Don't worry about being out of town. Just eat well and get to that pool. Stay away from the continental breakfast. Nothing but bad carbs. I know you will do fine.

Look at you go, Wanda! I bet you get those last few lbs. off, now that you have settled into a number and are ok with it.
