Plan for success....Sunday 10/14
Well, today was challenging but I feel I did the best I could with my food choices. I did not keep track of calories but I know I shouldn't have gone over 1200 tip top. I had my weight control oatmeal for breakfast and a protein shake before lunch as planned. Then I ate seafood salad, cheese, low fat crackers, and crystal light. I ate about 5 bites from the center of the cake, carrot cake, so that I left the icing on the plate. The shower was a success. I was actually so busy that I didn't have time to eat till it was over. So it was really dinner.
Anyway, that was today. Now my plan for Sunday.

I am planning fried cube steak, breaded and mashed potatoes for dinner by request of the family. I will not deny myself this treat(as this is probably my favorite meal) but I will eat my meat first before the potatoes and keep the gravy to a minimum. NO bread!
Exercise plan:
Yard work, raking and weeding and re-planting front flower beds. The summer flowers are dead.
