Plan for success....Saturday 10/13
My Saturday is not going to be easy. I am hosting a baby shower for my daughter-in-law and I will be cooking all morning and tempted all day. I am going to do damage control in the morning by eating my oatmeal. Then a protein shake about noon. Hopefully by the time the shower starts I will be too busy to think about eating. Yeah right! A girl can dream, right?
Anyway, that is the plan. I will not post actual calories or protein because all I can do is try to keep it down to a minimum. I will post tomorrow about how I fared.

My Saturday will be tough also. This morning I am helping my church unload trucks full of pumpkins for our pumpkin patch. This afternoon I have a birthday party cookout.
I am going to eat a high protein breakfast & lunch & hope all goes well from there.
I will get exercise from the pumpkins & hope to do an after dinner walk w/ family tonight after dinner.
Tomorrow I'm going on all all day jet ski'ing adventure w/ my sis in law, going to St Augustine..4 hours there & 4 hours back....woooohooo it's gonna be fun..but a very long day.

Hope you had fun and did the BEST you could have at the shower! I am leaving for Disney tomorrow - so I won't post for the week and i'll miss you. I am SO nervous .... I am determined to maintian MY weight this VACATION. I AM going to work out every morning (just like at home) at the resort. Plus I'll be walking a lot .... just eating out Lunch and dinner out veryday for a week - is CHALLENGING!!!!
