I loved coffee pre op and it took me 6 months after surgery tolike it again - at 6 months I started Decaf ... then slowly ....added caffeine I think it keeps me sane - and yes gives me energy to get to the gym bright and early!!! The achievone drinks are DELISH and remind me of a starbucks frap! hugs, Britt

Sorry I don't make a habit of counting carbs. Hopefully I will get on my treadmill at home and do a workout but it is not a gym day for me. Had a great one yesterday. If I get hungy in the evening I may eat more yogurt. It will probably depend on if I exercise.

Trudy, Glad to hear from you and thanks for posting your plan for success today! Very nice plan too. Do you mix the cottage cheese and the speghetti sauce together? That sounds quite good. I think I will borrow that idea soon. I love spaghetti sauce but don't like to endulge in the pasta. When I do I use the Dreamfields low carb or whole wheat. This may be a good change of pace. If I could keep myself away from the "bad carbs" I wouldn't count carbs either. I am just not disciplined enough to stay out of the bad stuff so if I don't count then they creep in. Thanks again for the post. I hope you join us again tomorrow! Valorie
