The plastic surgeon said to expect to only lose 4 pounds from the TT/BL. The PCP said that she didn't think I had 4 pounds there to take. I guess time will tell! My stomach did a little flip when you reminded me that I only have a few more days until surgery. Ugh! I'm not looking foward to being cut.

I remember Christy telling our group that she counted only her low weight for the week so that's what I've been doing. Since my weight can fluctuate minute to minute, I'm listing my low point for the week. So I think you are at 140!!!! From the pictures you and Britt have posted, I doubt the PS can get more than a couple of pounds combined of your and Britt's tummies!!! Just wait til I post what they cut off me!!!

Thanks for the compliment about the tummy overhang, but it is deffinetly there. I'm going to take a "before" picture. I'm not sure if I will ever post the before picture , but I want a comparison.
I've been exercising like crazy to get prepared for the big day. I know that I won't be able to exercise for awhile afterwards. The only trouble is--all that exercise is making me so hungry!

Yes the weeks sure do keep flying bye!! I had a rough week. My hormones have been really messed up. I am working with my DR to figure out what is going on, but my emotions where all over the place last week. Of course my first thoughts were to turn to foods. Oh my the cravings! But I think overall I resisted, but that didn't make it any easier. I have also been feeling rally bloated. I didn't get as much water in as I should have. Partly because I would come home from work and fall asleep and would wake up really hungry and would then have to wait to drink. I also realized that I was drinking alot of the crystal light type drinks like 4 a day so I am going to cut back on those and see if it helps with the cravings for sweets.
