Eat: Breakfast- Oatmeal 160 cal 7 pr Lunch- ½ Zaxby's salad with grilled chicken 280 cal 22 pr Snack- yogurt and ½ c blueberries 110 cal 5 pr Dinner- ½ lunch salad- 280 cal 22 pr Protein drink- 176 cal 42 pr Total 1006 calories and 98 gr protein Possible -adult beverage Exercise: 10 min TurboSonic 1 hr walk w/family What is your plan for success? My plan------> achieveone protein drink 1 serving 120 cal 0 fat 5 carbs 20 Protein dannon all natural peach yogurt 1 serving 110 1 20 5 wendys small chilli 1.5 serving 330 9 35 26 sour cream daisy 2 tblsp 60 5 1 1 shreded mild cheddar 2 tblsp 55 5 1 4 SF hazelnut creamer 5 tblsp 75 5 5 0 reduced fat ritz crackers 1 serving 70 2 11 1 Chicken salad good 1 serving 70 2 0 12 mayonaise 1 tblsp 90 10 0 0 LOTS of crystal light 100 Totals 1080 calories 38 fat 77 carbs 68 protein exercise 30 minutes jogging on the treadmill (done) 30 minutes legs (done) calories burned *492* walking 5 miles 55 minutes (after I drop my oldest daughter off at Pre-k) approx calories *200* Have a great day all Hugs, Britt

Wow Britt, 692 calories burned by exercise is terrific! If your metabolism worked properly and the dieticians were correct you should be losing at least a pound per day! Isn't it funny how they swear by their formulas but the math never jives with the weight loss? Anyway, you are doing fantastic. Keep up the good work. Hugs, Valorie

Valorie, I actually burned 749 247 on my walk ... My scale finally moved this week (I've been *really* FOCUSED) But I know what you are saying .... With what I take in as compared to what I burn exercising Who knows .... I know the formulas say otherwise My Nutritionist also told me that my body has adjusted to my NEW caloric intake - so that's a factor too. thanks for doing this thread! Hugs, Britt
