692 calories burned by exercise is terrific! If your metabolism worked properly and the dieticians were correct you should be losing at least a pound per day! Isn't it funny how they swear by their formulas but the math never jives with the weight loss? Anyway, you are doing fantastic. Keep up the good work.

247 on my walk ...
My scale finally moved this week (I've been *really* FOCUSED)
But I know what you are saying .... With what I take in as compared to what I burn exercising
Who knows ....
I know the formulas say otherwise
My Nutritionist also told me that my body has adjusted to my NEW caloric intake - so that's a factor too.
