It's already evening so I didn't get in on this to actually post a plan. I just have to say that you guys are eating way less than I do!
I was being good today but I still ended up with 1121 calories and 141 grams of protein. Do you normally stay under 1000 calories?
How come normal people can lose weight on a 1200-1500 calorie diet and we can't? What's up with that?
Personally, I have to vary my daily intake in an effort to stimulate my non existant metabolism. I can do low calorie- 1000 or less for no more than 3 days then I have to increase it to 1200-1500. My body thinks I am starving it and goes into panic mode. I guess we just all need to know our bodies. Of course I can't say that tomorrow my body won't completely make me a liar. After 40 years, I still am guessing.
