Weekly Weigh In week of 10/1
Been an OK week.. I see my shrink tomorrow so hopefully that will help some... I did talk to hubby about what he said to me about the skin and he felt so bad for hurting me that way... I think that helped me some to get that off my chest... Now we just have to figure out what else is bothering me....

Work went well.. it kind of forces me to happy and cheerful, so it is overall a very good thing for me to be doing right now... I think the depression is a mix of a lot of things and I am getting those straightened out slowly and they have tweeked my meds so that I think things are going to start looking up....
Sorry that you didn't lose anything this week, but you have done a great job so far and you WILL make it to your goal.. I have been stalled for as much as 6 weeks before and then only lost 1 pound for another 4 weeks. Keep the faith (I know you will), it will happen for you....

Well, I've had a cold all week so I didn't do any exercise besides a couple of walks. So this week I plan to get back with the program. I did notice overall though that the exercise has seemed to help with my hunger. Well, actually I tend to be more hungry but what I crave are fruits and veggies which is a good thing! And I'm so proud of myself that even though it was my birthday on Saturday I really didn't care that I didn't have a birthday cake. It was great!
