Eat and drink at the same time?

I never drink while eating and I always wait 30 minutes after eating. Just make it a habit and you won't even think about it. Deb My son last night asked me if I needed a glass at supper and I just looked at him and he goes Oh that's right you don't drink with your meals. LOL

I always drink a few sips of Ice tea, water or crystal light with my meals. But just sips. Pattie
