First off, let me say to Kim that I'm so glad things seem to be going better for you. I really hope you get the answers you so badly need and that your health will improve every day!.
It was a crazy week last week! I started a fat-burning diet with my coworker that sits right next to me. She wants to lose a few pounds and I thought I would help her by doing it with her. I've got about 5 more pounds to lose so I suggested a diet my PT suggested to me. It's called the 11 day diet. It's online if anyone wants to try it at www.fatloss4idiots.com.
I got some muscadine grapes stuck in my pouch on Wednesday and they stayed there until Friday night. It was miserable!!! I ended up calling the doctor and making an appointment for this morning to see if I needed an endoscope or something. Over the weekend it passed and I felt much better so I canceled my appointment. I also didn't stay on the diet this weekend because I left the printout of it here at work. But my friend didn't stay on it either so I don't feel so bad! lol.
I am going on a Caribbean vacation in 2 weeks and needed some clothing for dinners and stuff. I'm going to an all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic and I'm really excited about it even though I'm not in a relationship. My sister and brother-in-law are going with me. But I am bound and determined to have a great time. Anyway, I was in downtown Charleston this weekend watching the football game and decided to walk around after it was over with my friend. We walked into a cute little shop to get some flip flops for my trip. I ended up trying on some really cute clothes and bought 2 dresses and 2 tops - all of them halter style that I don't need to wear a bra with! I've never before in my life been able to wear tops like that and it is so nice!!!! I love my new body (especially my top). I'm still in a size 8 (which I am very happy with) but might be in a size 6 soon. Amazing!!!! Sorry for the long post.

I had a good weekend, very strenous. More activity on Sat then Ive had in a long time. Im currently going thru the Fire Academy to become a Volley FF. We had weekend classes so I was in full turnout gear and SCBA pack all day on Sat. My clothes were drenched with sweat. But it helped!!

I had a nice week. I will be honest and say that I did not eat correctly but I still managed a small loss. It seems like I always have an excuse to eat poorly. A bridal shower on Saturday and a company picnic on Sun. Not to mention the bagels and other temptations from the office last week.
Anyway,
My stats this week:
Starting weight = 348 and BMI 60
Weight on Day of Surgery = 332.5
Last week = 225.0
This week = 224.0
Loss this week = 1 lbs
Total loss = 124 lbs
Since surgery 108.5 lbs
I know I was a loser but I also know I could do better!

Hi everyone, I haven't posted in a while. I didn't stop reading but I've been a busy little beaver. My son entered HS this year so...I am a Taxi service. He is in band. My daughter made the gymnastics team which practices three nights a week. This wouldn't be so bad but... it all takes place 30 miles from my house! I am not complaining though they are healthy and happy.
I have had a couple of months of playing with the same 5 pounds. I think that I am finally back on track and going steadilly down. So... Drumroll please.....
