Ever hear of the Turbo Sonic Vibration?
My chiropractor has this machine called TurboSonic and he thinks it can help the flab and sagging skin as well as speed weight loss. He swears by the thing but of course he is in business to make money. It is a machine you stand on for 10 minutes and it literally shakes every inch of your body. This thing is touted as the 8th wonder of the world if you believe everything they say about it. I just wondered if anyone else had heard of it or even tried it. I did a complimentary session yesterday and it was cool. Your whole body shakes. I thought my jowls were going to hit my chest they were vibrating so much. I can see where it might be beneficial. You can literally feel your skin vibrate. I would compare it to a whole body massage all at one time. They say 10 minutes is the equivalent of 40-50 minutes of strength training. The machine even counts how many calories you burn. It showed me burning 153 calories in 10 minutes. Not too shabby.
So what do you think? Worth $99 for a month trial?
I am thinking about it.

I have seen thgis featured on a show on TV (the view??). It sounds like its worth a try BUT it also sounds to good to be true!
Personally - i'd try it for $99 trial - how many sessions does that give you?
See for yourself - instead of wondering tell us how you make out ....
I guess you are the guinea pig for all of us ...he he he
I can't wait to hear all about it!

I would try it but if everyone could shake away shake away flab and extra skin I'm sure nobody would have flab and excess skin anymore! If you give it a try let us know how it works for you. I would love to hear that it is true!
I think I will give it a month's trial to see what results it may have. The web site for it I think is http://www.ioncleansedetoxfootbath.com/turbosonic.htm You can take a look and see what you think. Or you can google turbosonic for a few other sites.
Does anyone remember those old machines with a cloth "belt" that you put around your body (butt or waist) and it shook the dickens out of you? That is what this reminds me of. I guess I am telling my age. 29 of course!!! No laughter from the peanut gallery either!
I will let you know how it goes.
