Doc said I won't Lose Anymore?!

I wasn't expecting to hear that! He said that I was essentially done losing weight. I told him that I would prove him wrong. He plugged numbers into his calculator to come to that conclusion; he didn't examine my body. He said something about denser bones and extra skin causing me to stay at this weight. I suppose he thinks that the body fat is gone--but like I said he didn't examine my body so does he really know for sure? Anyway 7 more pounds is my goal and that will make an even 100 for me. I will get there! Wanda

That seems like a statement made without any backing. I'd be upset if I were you! Go ahead, prove him wrong. How much are they expecting to lose with your PS?

The plastic surgeon said only 3-4 pounds. That was disappointing too. I'm whinning, but if I maintained at my current weight (141) I would be ok with that. I'm just afraid that his statement will stick in my brain and defeat me from reaching 134. But as you and I both know--the docs can and ARE wrong sometimes! Wishing you a speedy resolution to your issue.

I can't believe your doc had the nerve to tell you that! As Britt stated He really doesn't know WHO Wanda is! I would love to be a fly on the wall when you go back in at goal weight. I think I would take him a new calculator and tell him to try it again, his obviously was broken! We all know Wanda's determination. Keep along girlfriend! Hugs, Val
