Weekly Weigh In week of 9/17
Hi Britt & my November friends,
I been away for two weeks. Thank God I have not gained any weight.
Here are my stats:
Starting weight 320
2 weeks ago = 207 (building my muscles is definitely not moving the scale fast enough, but I do want the muscles to be defined in my arms and legs.
This week = 205.5
Loss for 2 weeks = 1.5
Total loss = 114.5
My doctor tells me as long as I am strength training as much as I am the scale will not reflect my true loss. I have lost so many inches I have lost count. I am in a size 14/16 from 26/28.

Hello, November Sisters and Brothers,
In reading all the reports, looks like everyone had a really good week! Congrats, Shawn, on turning things around! Some of you guys are having some really big losses! I want to join in on those 3 or more pound rounds! I've looked at a few of the other Month of Surgery boards and ours is more active than some! I don't post on the Main or RNY boards so I'm really happy we have such an active group! Thanks for being there and, if you are just reading, join in, please! I read for several months before joining in and I'm so glad I did!
So many of you guys are getting REALLY close to goal weight! That's marvelous! I'm so short it's going to take me a little while longer but I've been told I probably have at least 10 pounds of loose skin/pannus that will be removed during my PS so I'm looking very forward to being smaller within the next few months! On the very positive side, I went shopping again and even bought a 7/8 pair of pants! The rest I bought were 10s but, like I said, I have some serious overhang in the stomach department!!! To be in a 10 with my stomach is truly a gift!!! I've been so happy about that!

I've thought for DAYS that I would "clunk" on my doctor type scale (go under 150 and be able to MOVE that knob back to 100! I'm GOING TO DO IT THIS WEEK! I'm working really hard and following my rules! It's going to happen THIS WEEK!

Well, I started having a great week last week but somehow I managed to not lose anything today when I weighed. I am starting back at the gym tomorrow (but I'm not doing anything with my upper body for another week) so I will actually probably gain weight between now and next Monday but it will be muscle so that's okay. I am going to the Caribbean from October 6-10 so I am going to try to really bump up my cardio between now and then! I actually bought not 1 but 2 2-piece bathing suits last weekend! Can you believe that? It is so amazing to me that I can buy cute clothes now. I'm no super-model but I don't think I will make anyone get sick if they see me on the beach! lol.

Total loss = 138
*Sigh* This month has been slower than last month for weight loss! I still managed to lose 10 lbs last month-and I guess there is STILL time for me to get it done this month. I started out this month at 224. Fingers and toes crossed-and butt on treadmill!!
