Looks like we are off to a good start. My stats this week: Starting weight = 348 and BMI 60 Weight on Day of Surgery = 332.5 Last week = 226.0 This week = 225.0 Loss this week = 1 lbs Total loss = 123 lbs Since surgery 107.5 lbs Christy, you are in my prayers. Britt, 3 lbs to goal! Heather 1 lb loss after being naughty is a blessing. And Deb, WTG on the exercise and me time. My goals for this week are to exercise 5 days and to drink my protein once per day. I seem to be spiraling downward with the protein lately. I have to bump it up! Have a great week! Valorie

Morning all! Starting; 292 Last Week: 160 This Week: 158.5 Loss: 2 1/2 pounds Total Loss: 134 1/2 pounds. I have 16 1/2 pounds to goal...it's slightly unbelievable!! Last week my chef asked me how much I had lost and I said 130 pounds. He looked at me in shock and said, that's how much I weigh. So literally if I picked him up and carried him around on my back that would show me how much I've lost. And I can't even imagine trying to do that all day. Now it's shocking to me that I did it for most of my life. Another cool thing...I got to buy tall leather boots and didn't have to stretch and strain to get the zipper up around my calf. It was great!! Here's to a great week! Corinna Q

My week was OK... with the depression rearing it's ugly head it is hard to say I had a good week even though it probably was... The first part of the week I ate and ate and ate and gained like 4 pounds... but then I got diligent again and I took off those four pounds... so I didn't feel horrible when I weighed in this morning... here are my stats... Starting weight = 309 Last weeks weight = 184 This weeks weight = 183 Loss this week = -1 Total loss = 126 HUGS to All, Shawn M

Sounds like everyone is doing fantastic this week! Starting weight 202 Last week = 101 This week = 101 Loss this week = 0 Total loss = 101 No loss for me, woo hoo!!! I gained a couple to come up from my 99 lb. low. I'll tell you I was panicked. I'll give a report in another post.

Last week was a BAD week for me..It was an all week issue and lets just say Identity Theft...grrrrrrrrrrrr.. Starting weight 270 Last week = 162 This week = 158 Loss this week =4 pds Total loss = 112 Current BMI = 27.1
