Here are my stats: Starting weight 250.5 Last week = 145 This week = 145 Loss this week = 0 Total loss = 105.5 Current BMI = 23.4 *** 3 MORE POUNDS TO GOAL FOR ME *** How did you do? Hi Britt I had a fabulous week this week. I exercised 5 times this week and did so many crunches my abs were on fire yesterday. Starting weight 298.5 Last week = 167.2 This week = 165 Loss this week = 2.2 Total loss = 133.5 Current BMI = 30.2 I took a day off and just did me things and that really helped my attitude. I went shopping on Saturday and some smalls were too big for me that was quite a ego booster for me. So my goals for this week are 4 days of exercise and some time for myself this week. Congrats Britt, you are so close to your goal. Although you already look like you are there. 3 Lb to goal! Wow!! Thats great Starting wt 311 Last wk 185 this wk 184 loss -1lb Total loss 127 I was bad this weekend. Pizza, and Carbs, carbs, carbs We were in Wildwood for Firemans Convention, I will get back on track this week!!

9 More pounds to goal for me!! I am going to see the surgeon this week. I have a feeling that his scale won't have me at a normal BMI. Since I only get that buck-naked and first thing in the morning. I will be disappointed to weigh more on his scales. Maybe if I'm really good I can lose a couple of pounds by Thursday?! The good news is that I lost the cruise weight gain. I'm exactly where I was before I left. Here are my stats: Starting weight 234 Last week = 146 This week = 143 Loss this week = 3 Total loss = 91 Current BMI = 24.5
