911......

GOOD MORNING .....I WOULD LIKE FOR EVERYONE TO TAKE A MOMENT OUT OF YOUR DAY TO SAY A PRAYER FOR ALL THE FAMILY THAT HAS LOST SOMEONE IN THE 911......WE ARE SO LUCKY TO BE ALIVE TO SEE THIS DAY...ITS BEEN 6 YEARS AND I KNOW IT'S A STRUGGLE EVERYDAY WITH OUT THERE LOVEONE.....LET US PRAY..

Kenya, Even though it was hard to watch, I felt drawn to MSNBC's replay of coverage that morning. It's hard to believe it's been six years. I had taught a very early morning Spinning class and my husband was home that day. We stayed glued to the television and could not believe what was happening from one minute to the next. We can never forget. I have some very strong opinions about our having gone into Iraq and George Bush's policies but on 9/11 all of us were New Yorkers and it breaks my heart that so many suffered and continue to suffer.

It was a sad day indeed! Before that happened I think most Americans thought that we would never be attacked in our own country like that. It still makes us realize how vulnerable we are.

Amen - Prayers - and remembering all the lives lost - today and always I went to school with one of the firefighters ... I remember him in elementary school telling me that HE was GOING TO BE A NYC FIREFIGHTER! and he was! (he leaves behind a wife and 2 young kids) God bless him and all of the brave men and women of that sad day. I am on Long Island ... and that day I was teaching a class at work and left early - it was SO WEIRD driving home - people with AMERCAN FLAGS everywhere - hanging off cars... It was somber. I couldn't wait to get home!!! it was soooooo close to home for me .... hugs, GOD BLESS AMERICA! Britt

This really gets old this 911 stuff. I know it was a really hard thing to go through but it also really sucks if today is your BIRTHDAY. I am 46 today ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy birthday, Lianna. I guess it is really hard to celebrate your birthday on a date that will live in infamy.
