Congrats on your relay you look great, Britt. Welcome back Wanda and you look fabulous too, and Valorie. I have not been good about my exercising and my eating I did exercise one day last week. I took the day off work and went to my aqua jogging at 6:00 am and it felt wonderfull except this pool is way colder than my normal pool. It was nice to see some of my old pals at swimming. I was so very happy that no one called me from work all day.
No great suprise on my stats this week
Starting weight 298.5
Last week = 167.2
This week = 167.2
Loss this week = 0
Total loss = 131.3
Current BMI = 30.6
So I am going swimming tomorrow and plan to get in at least 4 days of exercise this week.

Hey ...I've noticed that you keep talking about your exercise "plans" and then report .... less than you've planned "life" can always get in the way ...if we allow it!

I'm a day late. I've been training 6 new employees yesterday and today and it's the first chance I've had to post here.
Britt, congrats on your run. You are awesome! I have my 5k walk in 2 weeks.
Been taking my meds to try and stop my excessive bathroom habits. They seem to be working. However, the new gluten-free diet is causing me to not get as many calories in so I'm still losing! I do feel better though. I go in for my recheck this Friday.
Starting weight 202
Last week = 104
This week = 101
Loss this week = 3
Total loss = 101 EXACTLY 50% OF WHERE I STARTED!
Current BMI = 17.3
Guess I will have to get my century card after all...
