Welcome back and don't sweat the extra pounds. I'll bet much or all of it is fluid retention from traveling and the sodium. It will probably be gone in a day or two with lots of water and a couple of workouts! Your pictures of the cruise are great! As usual, you look beautiful! Looks like you had a great time!

Britt, I can't even imagine running 6 miles! Congratulations on that!!! You look wonderful and so happy. Good for you!
I am still healing from my surgery last week. I was supposed to go back to work today but on the way to take my son to school he started feeling really sick so we turned around, went home, and went back to bed. I'm healing nicely I think. I go back to the doctor on Wednesday afternoon to get my stitches removed from around my nipple. Very interesting how he did that procedure! Looks so goofy! lol.
Anyway, my stats:
Starting weight: 233
Last week: 156.4
This week: 153.2
Loss: 3.2
BMI: 24.0

I guess doing stuff the "right" way can work eh? I bought some whey protein bullets from Susan Maria's site and while they don't taste great I do believe they kick started my weight loss again...here are this weeks stats....
