Had a great week and a great vacation getting to see my son for 4 whole days!!!!
I stepped up my treadmill time from 1-1/2 miles to 1-3/4 miles while I was gone. Plus we did a lot of walking on base and off while I was visiting with my son. We ate out a lot so it was tough, but I think I did pretty good. Had I done better with my food though, I would have done better on my stats.
So here are my stats.....
Starting weight = 309
Last week = 185
This week = 184
Loss this week = 1
Total loss = 124
I am just amazed that I lost while I vacation. I have never ever done that!!! And I had a blast with my son. I will post tomorrow about my vacation. I need to get to bed early tonight, I am beat!!!

I can't believe summer is over either. My son starts school today on his 13th birthday. I have that book and read it early on but I think I'll get it out again.
We went to several parties this weekend and I had a party and made dinner for 20. We had a blast for my son's birthday party. I way over ate and felt awful. But I still managed to loose weight this week and I bought a pair of size 8 jeans, yes you heard right size 8.
My stats
Starting weight 298.5
Last week = 168.5
This week = 167.2
Loss this week = 1.3
Total loss = 131.3
Current BMI = 30.6
My goals for this week are exercise. I can start aqua aerobics again 2 days a week starting tomorrow so I'm going to try to make those if work allows and one of my people starts back today so it should help staffing.

I had my husband take my scale in today to have it calobrated (sry sp??) I think it is off because 5 pds seemed like alot to me when I did not a thing this week..lol
Now about the book..I heard of it just never bought it..what did you find useful in it?? I mean reading on others storys is something I can do free..lol..but I mean if there is helpful advice and maybe some plans then Im there on getting it..I guess I'm a cheapo as my hubby say's..Why I sell everything on ebay..lol

I liked the book beacuse it talks about
weighing your self
portion control
nutrition food
water - other drinks
exercise
vitamins
For me it was a great reminder of what i'm alreday doing right and a slap in the face for somethings i've let slip in a bit ... cafinated coffee - it talks about (in detail) why it should be avoided!!! It brought be back to basics and gave me a "pat on the back" to know the things i'm doing right - are worth it!!!!
