Can you believe summer is over ... that went fast!
School is starting or has started - soon we'll be decorating for fall and planning Thanksgiving (boy do we have lots to be thankful for) - I love Fall too - I'm looking forward to pumpkin picking with my kids.
OK - I have to share a terrific book - If you can, get it!!! It is worth your time and $$.

I thought this quote was a great reminder ... even when we reach our goal weight, we still must carry on and continue to follow the rules, do the 'right' thing, and make good choices. If we don't ...our scales will let us know it!!!!

Congrats on maintaining after such a succesful weight loss last week.

Surgery day weight = 263
Last week = 123
This week = 120
Loss this week = 3
Loss since surgery = 143
Total loss = 153
Current BMI = 19.4

Stress is no good for anyone and obviously was part to blame in your 3 pound loss this week! Your BMI in at the end of the HEALTHY range, try to eat right and increase your calories - I think you need to "break the pouch rules" I know that is scary for you ... but it may be needed now. stay strong girl. sending hugs!!!!!!

Hello! I actually have the whole week off! I am looking forward to getting a lot done around the house this week. My Boyfriend is moving in with me as of Saturday so I want to get things clean and organized. Fortunately I had 2 garage sales in Aug to get rid of practically my entire wardrobe since nothing really fits so I have room for his clothes now. lol. And now I have some extra money to go buy a new fall/winter wardrobe.
I love reading and haven't heard of this book so I will have to look for it.

I'll have to check out the book you mentioned! Thanks for the info.
My husband was off Friday and today so we've had a nice long weekend. We got caught in a brief hard rain while at an outdoor concert and had to run for the parking garage! We also went to an amusement park that we get yearly passes for and we went to a wildlife center that we have passes for as well. Our weather was fantastic except for that 15 minutes of rain!
